Thanks for contacting us. From FIWARE we are open to collaborate and promote the use of FIWARE platform http://www.fiware.org/  as much as possible.

So I think, you have two different questions from you. In France we have the Lannion Node.

And the nodes can be seen here: https://www.fi-xifi.eu/federation.html

But I'm not sure I understand your question. Could you be more specific what are you looking for? So I can really put you in contact with the right person.
