[Fiware-general-help] PROTON is not saving data

Hi

We are having trouble with PROTON that is not saving data.

Steps:

1.We setup a PROTON server using the FIWARE image "cep-r3.3.3-img

2.We configured PROTON as per the instructions
3.We tried the data flow and did the following:

3.1. We sent a Post request
 http://148.6.81.231:8080/ProtonOnWebServer/rest/events with header
Content-Type:application/json and data is {"Name":"TrafficReport",
"volume":"2500"}

3.2. The logs show that the POST request was successful:

submitNewEvent
INFO: events sent to proton runtime...

Result: We do not see any data being stored in PROTON.

Can you please advise why no data is being stored in PROTON?
