[Fiware-general-help] Information

Hi,

I have 3 more questions:

3. I have a team of people for Startup but they won't apply officially
because they are not sure will we get funds or not, and in that time they
might get some other job.
So basically question is can I apply alone and if we get funds then I apply
them to the project?

4. Do we need to open SME company or wait funds first? if we need to open
company is any type of company ok?

5. I don't see information where it says rules for spending money that we
get. Question is can we spend the money for salaries? or money-funds must
be spent for something else?
