Very quickly...

1.- You are right, this is not open yet. We are internally deciding on the procedures and governance rules of the forthcoming FIWARE Community.  It should be ready sometime in the summer. I passed a note to the team in charge  of the marketing materials in case they want to express this more clearly.

2.- Go to the catalogue (http://catalogue.fiware.org/enablers/) and there is a tab with the location of the software of each GE implementation. The catalogue is under maintenance today.
