Dear Giovanni, I hope this reply does not find you too late. 1- All users were asked to accept the new terms and conditions by a certain deadline. I hope you already did this. Could you kindly confirm? 2- If you already accepted the terms and conditions, you can check the type of your account, by following these steps: - Login to Fiware lab, you will see your name on the top right corner - click on the arrow next to it - and select settings in the menu that gets displayed - Select Account status on the page that is displayed, it will show you if you have a trial account or community account. 3- Hopefully your account is not deleted yet. If you see that your account is a trial one, apply for the community account, and include all the info about your project in your application. If your project was developed as part of FI-PPP program, select this as the accelerator name, or leave it empty if you are not associated with any FIWARE accelerators or use case projects.
