[Fiware-general-help] Mainflux IoT Cloud Based on Fiware

To Whom it may concern,

I am contacting you on behalf Mainflux, a startup dedicated to create
comprehensive industrial IoT solutions and applications on the FIWARE
platform.

Since we are seeking for non-technical advice and information, first I
would like to inform you about two projects we are currently
developing:

1. Integration of FIWARE components into IoT cloud in order to make
further integrations simplified, reusable, open and well documented,
with a mission to keep it open source and free of charge for the whole
community. We believe that our integration procedures can
significantly facilitate the creation of customized clouds based on
FIWARE and can help other companies and developers to quickly pick-up
on this technology.

Regarding open source community, we would like to add that Mainflux
has been recently featured on the FOSDEM conference, the biggest
European conference for Open Source software:

Second project:

2. Development of market-oriented vertical solutions (IoT application
and gateway) on integrated FIWARE platform, with a business objective
to address several industry sectors, regarding our initial contacts
with interested clients. Namely agriculture-livestock management and
health monitoring, industrial IoT and logistic.

Apart from our team members' extensive work experience in embedded and
web SW development (Texas Instruments, Phillips, Nokia-Alcatel), we
had already developed acknowledged FIWARE- ready hardware project,

Invited to present it at  Disrupt Europe 2014: London - TechCrunch,
O'Reilly - Oscon Portland, New York - Maker Faire, WeIO has been also
successfully crowdfunded from contributors from 40 countries of the
world through Indiegogo campaign:

In order to finish our projects, integration of FIWARE cloud and
development of market-oriented vertical IoT application as well as
dedicated IoT gateway and set of sensors, we are currently seeking
help from accelerators and funding bodies.

Sincerely convinced that our above-mentioned projects can contribute
to the further promotion of FIWARE sustainable ecosystem and the whole
community, we would like to kindly ask you for advice and relevant
information regarding possible funding within EU and FIWARE framework.

If accelerator programmes are closed, would you be so kind to point us
to the other FIWARE administrative body or EU finding projects that
could help us.
