I am Dr Mehri Takhvar.

Professionally, chartered psychologist, special group coaching psychologist.

Personally have been suffering various longterm conditions.

My knowledge and experiences with clients and own conditions provided different insight to helping clients and managing my severe conditions. 

The skills, experiences and working on “Self” and “Others” provided me with opportunities to develop a different model and approach for improvement.
