[Fiware-general-help] Some particular questions about FW from Russia

Hello! Greetings for the day!

Our Company RTEC (Russian Telecom Equipment Company) engaged in the design
of large automated systems for cities and regions of the Russian Federation.
In our active are the projects in such big cities as Moscow, Krasnoyarsk,
Sochi etc. First of all there are the solutions in area of complex security
systems, CCTV, communications etc. In the last time the topic "Smart City"
being very popular in the area of this business. So the solutions for the
city government should be integrated in one big system that includes the
transport automated system, the system for water consumes regulation,
climate monitoring etc. 

We are interested in the presentation and information on your site because
we look up some SW that is fit for the solving named problem. But we have
some questions that we would like to receive information:

1.           About possibilities of localization the FIWARE to Russian.

2.           About the max size of your project ( amount of users, amount of
subsystems, amount of sensors etc.).

3.           We'd like to get demo access to the some work decision to
evaluate the interfaces, capabilities, functionality, speed of response,
reliability, etc.

4.           How you organize the support of partners, which develop project
on base of FIWARE? 

5.           How many kind of method access to different DBs do you support?

6.           How many type of sensors do you support now (manufacturers,
type)? 

7.           Is it possible FIWARE certification codes according to the
requirements of public safety agencies? Do you have already such experience?

8.           How your SW integrated with different other SW, that already
used city government?

9.           What is the approximately (roughly) cost of FIWARE expert
participation (depending on the type of this participation) in such
projects?

10.         How the FIWARE expert support you in the development own SW on
base of FIWARE?

11.         What is it particularly the FIWARE Cloud? Should you to connect
to the resources of FIWARE or you install your own HW for this so called
Cloud upon your own control? 

12.         How expensive is this project for developer?
