[Fiware-general-help] Issues when login to FIWARE Q&A

As indicated on below e-mail, I'm contacting you to kindly request you
support regarding my access to the FIWARE Q&A website (

My username is: *smartsdk_cicese*

*A bit of context:*
In the past I was able to post as much questions as I needed, however,
suddenly I was unable to login. At this point, I'm able to login into other
services such as JIRA and Forge.

Please, send an email to the list fiware-general-help at lists dot fiware
dot org with your user name and we will try to send a solution. Special
important is to say if it is a forge user or FIWARE Q&A user.

Tags: forgot, login, password, user, account.

A friend user (smartsdk_cicese) is no longer able to login into this Q&A
platform, but we couldn't find a way to restore the password or something
like that.

I didn't check the results yet, but I suggested trying the "lost my

Now, in any case, it'd be very helpful to have instructions to recover
passwords from the same login page of this FIWARE Q&A. My question is,
where/to whom should we report this?
