[Fiware-general-help] membership question

Hello

We started to look into Fiware about for about a year and half.
Capelon has an existing business not related to Fiware technology and smart cities. So as company we are not a startup. For the existing business Fiware will not add to any revenue. So as far as smart city and Fiware we regard ourselves a startup.

So Capelon was founded 1996. But started looking into Fiware 2018 (Porto summit).

Can we become a startup member with the our Swedish company Capelon AB? Or should we need to use our newly subsidary Capelon Oy (Finland registered).
