Normally an organisation has (rather fixed) statutes and (rather flexible) bylaws, see e.g. the statutes and bylaws of BDVA on this site: https://www.bdva.eu/regulations I could only find the bylaws of the FIWARE Foundation on the website. But if the FIWARE Foundation only has bylaws and thus no statutes, we have all info we need for our internal legal check to become member.
