We are APOLLO NEXT (https://apollo.online/) – a fitness-tech gym space operator born in Ukraine. In 2021 we launched and successfully proved the business and operational concept of the next-generation fitness clubs in Kyiv.

APOLLO NEXT embodies the best from the physical and digital worlds, that can provide you with a healthier lifestyle and well-being. We’ve combined in one multichannel fit-tech solution (club&app) all the major components of smart fitness such as physical activities, training plans, nutrition advice, recovery methods, meditation practices and quality content editorial.  We managed to integrated them into stylish club esthetics, cutting-edge digital UX and friendly community environment.

Now we look for a financial partner for our EU company to build a disruptive 200 clubs in Portugal and Spain within the next 5 years.

We have a proven concept, that has been scrutinized and supervised by McKinsey Co. Our assertive, resilient  and motivated management team is based in Lisbon and capable to pursue the fast-growth strategy.

In the first stage we fundraise 43 clubs’ investment project in Portugal:

Roll-out – 36 months;
Total investment – EUR 30M (no leverage);
Payback period – 4.5 years;
Current market multiple to EBITDA around x30;
Company target valuation – EUR 450M.
Investment periods: 

Seed – 5M ( 4 clubs. Sept 2022- March 2023);
 A – 19M (22 clubs, April 2023 - March 2024);
 B – 6M (17 clubs April 2024 - Dec 2024).
