[Fiware-general-help] General Information - Challenge Portnet

We would like to start a collaboration between Fiware and Portnet, one of
our clients. Mehdi Tazi who is in charge of Innovation is in cc.

We are convinced that launching challenges to boost API usage would be a
great way to develop and pursue Portnet's innovation strategy.
