**GoJek and Grab** **became giants of ride hailing and food delivery** **in Asia**. The mostly of riders are people come from the poorest part of Asia and each rider has a net income of 20 euro cents to 60 cents per ride. The profit of Grab / GoJek varies from 5 to 15 cents per ride. In 2020 Grab had a revenue of 160 millions usd.

South East Asia has 600 million inhabitants, Europe over 450 million and North America over 500 million inhabitants.

Now imagine the same concept as Grab / Gojek but on a marketplace, there are no rides to cross but items to sell.

**Anyone can sell from the private/individual seller to the small, medium and large entrepreneur.**

Europe and North America don’t have an extremely poor population like in Asia but a large middle class that will not be satisfied with 20/60 cents profit but looking for 5, 10, 20 or 50 euro profit per item sold. Our marketplace will have 15% (of the total sale) for each transaction.
