The 15th of January 2024, Mr. Marc Lemaitre, Director-General of DG R&I published a decision authorizing the use of unit costs for personnel costs for actions under Horizon Europe and Euratom Programmes.

 

This article intends to explain the calculation, to describe the application process and to underline the advantages and disadvantages of such method.
