We are delighted to let you know that we are organising a fully hosted educational visit (European travel, hotel, food and excursions all paid for) to our vibrant city region so that conference organisers (or those involved in selecting destinations) from Association and member societies can experience first-hand what we have to offer for their next conference. The dates of the showcase are Wednesday 18th September – Friday 20th September 2024 (with an option to arrive on Tuesday 17^thSeptember for an evening welcome supper, morning walking tour and some free time prior to the main schedule).
