Dear investors,

I am contacting you in regard of the current Series A round I am raising to expand my E-Grocery subscription business, afreshed, all over Europe. Together with to colleagues from university I have founded afreshed, a D2C E-Grocery start-up, in February 2021 in Austria. We are innovating the food delivery market by delivering fresh produce in reusable boxes to our B2C customers on a subscription basis. Unlike other grocery delivery startups we founded afreshed to be a subscription-only business which allowed us to grow to 6M yearly turnover while being very cash-efficient and even reaching break-even.

Now we are raising for a Series A round (4.5 - 5.0M) to expand afreshed. The money will be used to acquire our biggest competitor in DACH and become DACH market leader with an overall turnover of 22M and grow from there. This can be the opportunity of our lifetime to deliver our produce to households all over DACH and furthermore all over Europe. We are raising for any ticket-size beyond 500K because we are aiming for a partly Venture-Debt financed deal and have already High Level Proposals from this side. So the part of equity in this deal should be at 2.0 - 2.5M.
