[Fiware-gold-members] URGENT -> FIWARE Foundation: election of gold member representatives in the Board of Director

dear colleagues,

you might have received already the announcement that on 20 march 2018 in
our offices in berlin there will be the fiware foundation general assembly
(15:00-17:00 tentative time, a detailed agenda to come in another email
thread).

one of the items in the agenda is the declaration of the representatives of
the gold members in the board of director of the fiware foundation for the
year 2018.

at the moment we have 5 platinum members so, according to the bylaws, the
21 gold members (both categories), at this point in time registered in the
fiware foundation, have the possibility to elect 5 representatives to
become members of the bod in behalf of the whole gold members group.

according to our bylaws
[image: Inline images 1]from 14 to 20 february we would like to have such
elections.

so with this email i kindly ask you to tell (only to me for the moment) if
you would like to nominate yourself as candidate for such position. in the
case of yes, please add a short paragraph (half - one page max)  to tell
the others who you are and why you think yourself to be a good candidate.
deadline for your answer is 12th feb 2018 at 17:00.

this way on 14th, as required, i can launch the election week with a
dedicated email telling you who are the candidates, providing you all their
candidature statements, and describing the voting procedures.
