[Fiware-gold-members] public sector contract-clarifications and support from fellow FIWARE members

Dear FIWARE Gold members,
i hope you are well.
As we are in the process of signing a contract and bring FIWARE in the core
infrastructure of a Greek city (the contract will be signed by our
consortium, the city and another EU entity/the coordinator of the EU
project that funds the project, so it is not a sole Greek case),
I am asked to create an appendix to the contract to describe my company's
(FINT) liabilities and City's requirements when using standard and free
software.
The appendix is called "License terms and conditions for standard software
and free software".
Of course, FINT has integrated NGSIv2 but the solution that FINT provides
is another solution not a standard or a free one.

I am reaching out to you to ask if you are aware of such clauses and *if
another FIWARE-powered solution used a ready to re-use, pre-formatted
paragraph *to express that this (FINT in this case) is liable for the
solution that is based on "FIWARE OS".

I hope i made myself clear, if not, please let me know your availability
