1. The date on the attendance/proxy PDF still seems incorrect. Could
you please confirm and provide an updated version at your earliest
convenience?
2. Regarding the documentation I previously requested related to the
items marked for approval during the General Assembly (e.g.,
minutes, Board and Treasurer reports), could you please ensure that
we receive these documents as soon as possible? It would greatly
help us in reviewing them ahead of the meeting.
Your timely response on both matters would be much appreciated,
especially as the General Assembly approaches.
