                Hi Pierangelo,

                I recommend to organize a hang out meeting with presentations those days. I really can not attend given the short notice, I have a full agenda for next week, and by the way, it is basically the last week of the year after holidays.

                I am going to prepare this weekend a presentation of KIARA for Monday meeting (2 hours), and I can prepare more material if you think it is necessary.

Pier,

This makes it impossible for us.

We can get there on the 17th at 12:20, but we cannot get back without spending an extra night somewhere else on the 18th.

Prices are ridiculously high and availability is so bad that we would have to get into different flights.

Is there any chance to meet in some other city? Are we the only ones with these problems?

I got some message about some unavailability in the proposed day, and the best compromise I found is to have the meeting according to the following schedule:

-          Wed 17th

o   13:00 - EOB: Robotics - Already confirmed by attendants

-          Thu 18th

o   9:00 - approx. 15:00 KIARA, SDN (OFNIC, SDNSDK), Tools & Admin  - Lunch 'embedded'

This shouldn't change too much the travel issues, as you should all be able to stay only one night in Torino as for previous schedule.

Please all the people confirm the attendance asap, thanks.

Dear All,

The activity in FIWARE is progressing rapidly, and it is important we finalise the details on the architecture of the I2ND chapter and on the functionality of GEs, as well as we make sure to properly manage the requests for actions, with the tools available (JIRA, Forge, wiki, etc).

I therefore agreed with Thomas to organize an I2ND  face-to-face meeting. The meeting will be held in Torino on Wednesday 17th December, it will start at 8:30 in the morning and will end at around 16:30. This should allow arriving the previous day and leaving right at the end of the meeting (it takes just 20 mins by taxy to reach the airport of Torino-Caselle).

Preliminary agenda:

-          8:30: GEs topics

o   Robotics

o   KIARA

o   SDNSDK

o   OFNIC

-          13:00 Lunch

-          14:00:  Chapter Architecture

-          15:30: Tools and actions

I do expect that all of will attend, however please let me know of any issue you might have to be present.
