[Fiware-i2nd] Development guidelines discussion

Dear I2NDers,

in today's architects call we had a discussion about the developer
guidelines for FIWARE GEris.
The goal is to use a common quality management process and platform to
ease the transition to FIWARE managing the entire OSS process for
accepted GEs.

Juanjo and TID would like to have an initial feedback on them at the
next arch call, so it would be best if you could take a look at the
guidelines, estimate how much additional effort would be required to
implement them, and come back to Pier and me with comments on our next
I2ND weekly call.
