[Fiware-i2nd] I: [Fiware-chapter-leaders] FI-Core Year 1 Reporting. Deadline: 20/November

Dear I2ND Partners,

You have received the mail (see below) sent by Miguel yesterday: according to his instructions, we need to complete the periodic report for first project year, which is mandatory to explain what done (and hopefully get approval for the delivery of corresponding funding).
As coordinator of chapter for Y1, it is my task completing this report for I2ND; I’m going to fill the initial parts of each section with the information derived from the DoW, while I need your help to detail the activity each partner did for the owned GE.

I therefore kindly ask each partner to fill their section(s) in the report (see link below). For those who never did this work in the past, I include a short example derived from a report we provided in previous FIWARE; the format is not exactly the same, however the most important items are identical to current template.

Note that the final report consolidating all the info on these links has to be sent to the EC before the end of the month.

Deadline: 20th of November.  We will do our best to warn of gaps but given the complexity of this and the massive number of partners x tasks, it is infeasible to send the hundreds of reminders that this would need.  Those failing to add any contribution will get this in whatever section that they leave blank: "The partner failed to provide the inputs requested by the coordination here"

Important: the reference is the initial DoW, not the one that we are creating in the amendment.
