[ICT-13] WP descriptions

Dear all,

   With a little bit of delay, here you have the shared google doc where 
we should write the WP descriptions

following the assignments agreed in our last call

   People responsible of creating a first draft from the different tasks 
have to deliver a first enough-developed draft before our next call 
which will take place on February 15th, from 11:00am to 12:30.   
Participation in the proposal of those who won't deliver will be put in 
question (certainly their lead/participation on tasks).

   I will follow with further templates and instructions the following days.
