[ICT-13] Technical framework picture

Dear all,
following our technical call, I created a high level schema to represent the different element of the technical framework of the proposal. I tried to underline also some relationships among the task/components. Consider that is a draft picture for internal discussion. For sure I forgot something or I made mistakes, so please make your changes:

The diagram has been created using draw.io and can be edited online or using stand-alone software. I don't know if the concurrent editing is supported so, I suggest you to create a copy of the file for your changes, then we will integrate all the contributions.
