[ICT-13] Moving the confcall to Monday

Dear all,

   Apologies for the problems this may cause but I have to move the 
confcall for the ICT-13 proposal to Monday.   I thought that I would be 
able to make it this Friday, but I'm in Prague attending the IoF2020 
project meeting and it has became too difficult.

   Let's keep working in the defined APs
