[ICT-13] Working offline instead of running a confcall at 09:00am

Hi,

   We have created a team to work focused on writing of the several 
sections of the proposal (leaving WP descriptions aside).    The team is 
formed by people at the FIWARE Foundation and a team from FundingBox 
(they will be working specifically on those sections dealing with how to 
build and grow the target ecosystem).   Karen Vega, who has recently 
joined the FIWARE Foundation, will be devoted 100% of her time to the 
writing of the proposal.

   This team will work in writing most of the contents of sections 1-3 
asking for specific contributions of rest of the partners.

   We are getting closer to the deadline for the call so we believe this 
is going to be much more efficient.

   As a result, we will cancel the call at 09:00am.  We prefer to 
concentrate on working on the editing of section 1-3 and asking you for 
concrete contributions.

   We will elaborate and circulate one or more mails with concrete 
action points along today.
