[ICT-13] Budget exercise

Hi all,

   Here you are the exercise for the distribution of 
efforet/budget/funding for the proposal.

   You check the effort/budget/funding shared spreadsheet

created for that purpose.

   How to read the spreadsheet and what I need from you:

  * The target funding for each of you can be found in row 68 (REFERENCE
    EU CONTRIBUTION)
      o We will target aprox. 6 M€ (the maximum funding) of which 800 K€
        will be devoted to support data providers we expect will join
        the program along the project, because we will put in place an
        open call process.  A data provider will be assigned 12 K€ which
        will be used to deploy the platform on their side through which
        they will be able to export data and monetize it.  We are
        targeting to select 50 data providers. Additional 150 K€ will be
        used for prizes in two consecutive challenges we will launch to
        bring data users (app providers).
      o Therefore, don't get surprised because of the funding assigned
        to FIWARE Foundation (FF) : 600 K€ will be going to cover Linked
        Third Parties (members of the FIWARE Foundation on which we will
        leverage to perform the adaptation/onboarding of selected data
        providers) and another 150 K€ will be given away through prizes
        for challenges.
      o Maybe the amount of funding assigned to you is below your
        expectations but we believe it is reasonable and, anyways, we
        cannot go further with the limited funding for this project.
        Please stick to the amount.  You will find that the PMs in which
        this translates are reasonable (check row 47)

  * I have assigned what I believe it is a reasonable amount for
    travels.  Not all will have to travel so often, but typically 4
    times a year (2 to the two yearly FIWARE Summit where we will
    co-locate project meetings).

  * I have made an initial exercise of the tasks in which we find you
    could contribute.  You will identify them because the corresponding
    cell is in white color.  It is a initial exercise.  You may propose
    other tasks.

  * It is expected that you take the PMs you can find in row 47 and
    distribute them in tasks.  Again, cells in white are there to give
    you a hint where it will be welcome that you allocate resources.

  * A bit of rationale for the identification of tasks where I have
    proposed involvement of a partner in a given task:
      o FF, IDSA and TMForum, as well as partners involved in WP2 and
        WP3 are involved in task 1.1 targeted to define the Reference
        Architecture
      o Task 1.2 has to do with definition of standard data models.   FF
        and TMForum, together with partners involved in use case will
        participate there.  Those partners who are in the project
        because of a given use case are expected to bring their domain
        expertise.
      o Funding Box, Zabala and FF will be involved in
        communication/dissemination/exploitation-sustainability
        activities, targeting to achieve a sustainable ecosystem growth
      o Many of the partners will be involved in the task about
        sustainability, where IDC will place all their resources.

   Please check and provide comments only to me.   (I suggest that you 
download the spreadsheet as excel where you introduce your changes and 
send back to me or create your own copy you share with me).   It is 
expected that you will come back with a proposal of assignment before 
tomorrow 13:00 CET.  If you don't provide data by then, I will assign 
you the allocated PMs using my best criteria.

   Most of you will not have to assign any amount for audits. Those that 
have to, please provide the figures.
