[ICT-13] URGENT: Finishing WP descriptions

Hi team,

   The WP descriptions have to be finalized NOW.

   Each WP leader should fine tune pending details and deliver something 
that is closed and ready for submission.

   Overall responsibles:

  * WP1: Jose Manuel
  * WP2: Martino/Joaquin
  * WP3: Francisco/Miguel
  * WP4: Martino
  * WP5: Angeles/Almudena
  * WP6: Juanjo/Francisco (Melendez)

   Take WP1 as reference example of table and description of 
deliverables.  Description of deliverables should be longer than 4 lines.

   Every objective section in WPs should start with a sentence that 
matches the specific objectives table in section 1 
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1px8ZDY4vw37QcZWTNMOjpHaN_UStowDPG5fvMnGGuNE/edit#heading=h.dxwlfvnpa6q7>.  
Take WP2 and WP3 as example (text is copy and paste of the objective).  
Then you should have a bullet list introducing the tasks that will be 
part of the description.

   For the avoidance of doubts, this project last 36 months.  You will 
have typically deliverables on M12, M24 and M36.

   It's also time for getting all contents completely finished.

   The only thing you don't need to complete is the part where lead and 
partners involved in each task is specified.  Leave it there as template 
to complete for the time being.

   You should have a first version "camera ready" by 10:30am CET. At 
that time, we will send new instructions.
