Hi,

  Sorry that I have been silent but I had to leave to the airport to catch a flight.

  Just a short message from there to tell you that the proposal was finally submitted.  I guess you can access the ECAS portal and download it.

  There were overall a couple of things we couldn’t fix but nothing that could be considered core, IMHO.

   We had to face the withdrawal of a very important partner in the last minute (yesterday, Volkswagen announced they quit) and we had to recompose the consortium because that had left us almost only with use cases in Spain.
This meant many calls, mails, etc yesterday, which nicely ended well, with the nice incorporation of two rather good partners (Civity from Netherlands and AVVLabs from Slovenia) but impeded us (at least to me) to spend time taking care of other matters.

  I would like to thank all of you who had participated in the writing.  Particularly the FundingBox team (Andres and Almudena) who made a great job, Martino dealing with integration of PUCs descriptions with all the changes in the very las minute, Clara and Jose Manuel taking care of fine tuning of Section 3 also in the last minute, Francisco dealing with all kind of tasks and Angeles doing a fantastic job here and there as always.

  Joaquin, Alvaro, Francisco, Miguel, Karen, thank you also for your contributions.

  Now let’s cross fingers.
