[Fiware-ihubs-committee] iHub Classification Upgrade

Hello Carmen,

I have reviewed the guideline and there is not any information that avoid
to apply to the Call to improve the level (score). So, from my point of
view it is feasible (and fair) to apply now to be evaluated for the next
Summit.

Taking in account that the the application deadline to be evaluated in the
next Summit is 2 weeks before the Summit, the deadline of applications for
the next evaluation is *May 6th.*

If there is not objection, comments on this are welcome, we will adopt this
rule for the next Summit. We can discuss during our meeting in the Summit
about this topic.

This is, of course, extensive to every FIWARE iHub which want to be
"re-evaluated".
