Dear all,

I just wanted to send a quick email to you all with some things that might
be of interest to your and your communities.

*Global Summit: *As you know, the next Summit will be in Genoa from May
21-22. The Global Summit website <https://www.fiware.org/summit/> is up and
running, as are the Call for Contributions <https://goo.gl/DSYmrD> (current
deadline for this is Feb. 22 though I think we might extend it) and the Call
for Exhibitors <http://bit.ly/2I2tcFR> (current deadline is March 29th).
All the information that can be shared thus far can be found here
<https://www.fiware.org/summit/>. Ps: I have attached a couple of banners
you can use, should you wish to promote the Summit.

*Events:* We have received some questions regarding the events we will be
participating in this year. For events please visit the FIWARE website,
more specifically, the events section <https://www.fiware.org/events/>.
This section is continuously updated as new events are announced so be sure
to check in every now and then.

*Open Calls:* We have 2 interesting open calls going at the moment: FIWARE
Tech Experts <https://www.fiware.org/community/fiware-experts/> and FIWARE
Evangelists <https://www.fiware.org/community/evangelists/>. Both open
calls remain open at all times, so be sure to have a look at both pages to
see if it might be of interest to anyone in your iHub or network.

*Newsletter:* If any of you are not yet subscribed to our Newsletter but
would like to be then click here <https://www.fiware.org/lets-keep-in-touch> to
do so.

*Tech Questions:* If you receive an tech questions regarding FIWARE that
you yourself are not able to answer, feel free to direct them to our "Contact
Us" page <https://www.fiware.org/contact-us/>. There they will find a bunch
of email addresses that can be used to address different issues. For tech
questions, fiware-tech-help at lists.fiware.org would be the appropriate
mailing address.

I think that is it for now. Any questions? Please don't hesitate to let me
know. I'd be happy to help.

Best,
Charlotte
