[FIWARE-ihubs-committee] Formal agreement to become a FIWARE Validation Center

Dear all,

   As announced during the presentation

at the FIWARE iHub session we run during the last FIWARE Global Summit, 
the FIWARE Foundation is working in finalization of two formal agreements:

  * FIWARE Validation Center Agreement - to be signed between FIWARE
    iHubs that are recognized as FIWARE Validation Centers and the
    FIWARE Foundation
  * FIWARE Members winning new members program - to be signed between
    FIWARE iHubs that recruit new FIWARE Foundation members and the
    FIWARE Foundation

   I'm happy to share with you a version of the first of the agreements

which we would like to share with you to collect your feedback previous 
to final approval. This version has been based on previous inputs you 
brought to us.

   We would like to suggest opening a period of comments until the next 
FIWARE iHub Committee meeting.  Then, we can proceed for its final approval.

   In the meantime, we will be trying to make progress on the second 
agreement.   This may become an agreement which might be a bit more 
general and not just limited to deal with management of the recruitment 
of new members.
