Dear FIWARE iHubs

Hope you all have had a great holidays!

Our 7th FIWARE Summit is approaching and also the Smart City Expo World
Congress <http://www.smartcityexpo.com/en/> (19-21 Nov) . This is a
reminder for you all on the Summit and SCEWC event opportunities after the
communications sent by Charlotte the 2nd of August (below for reference). I
would like to gather your expression of interests before the MSC call next
week in this excel file

1.- *Summit* - We have received some individual expressions of interest to
participate in the FIWARE Congress / Exhibition. Pleas update in the excel
if you are planning to attend to the Summit:

   - Renting a booth at the FIWARE Stand
   <https://www.fiware.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/New_Exhibition_FIWARE_Global_Summit_Berlin_2019.pdf>
   (Special costs for iHubs 2.2k + IVA / the package do not includes tickets
   for the summit) Note that by renting a booth at the FIWARE Summit you can
   get a free booth at the SCEWC in Barcelona (+ 2 exhibitor passes + 2
   congress passes). But we will run a first-come-first-serve policy so don't
   miss this opportunity -
      - You can get now your Early Bird tickets

      the ticket shop.
      - Platinum members of the FIWARE Foundation get 5 free tickets for
      the Summit (that will be sent and distributed by the
representatives in the
      BoD) / Gold Members get one free ticket for the summit.
   - Participation in the Conference. We are planing to run a session with
   iHubs depending on your plans. Speakers will get a free speaker pass.
   - Participation in the Startup Day

   <https://www.fiware.org/summit/startup-day/hackathon/> - Please stay
   tuned and register in our hackathon. Online training is planned in
our Wednesday

   our next call.

*2.- Smart City Expo World Congress*
- *First 10 signed agreements for booth rent-out at the summit will get
free booth at the SCEWC (+ 2 exhibitor tickets + 2 congress tickets) *- If
you are just interested in the SCEWC, the cost of the booth will be 3k.
- The FIWARE Foundation is participating as Industry partner with a 180 sqm
stand. We will have 20 working stations at the stand (10 will came from the
Summit)

Please let us know by next Tuesday 10 September your interest and then we
discuss in the MSC call.
