Dear Olaf, Your proposal is very welcome. There are a number of good templates we can bring as contribution from our side (FIWARE Foundation). This may help to accelerate writing of the proposal. They are there based on Google docs, which we highly recommend to adopt as collaborative tool for editing. One thing that I believe is kind of pre-requisite is that we have to be inclusive, meaning we should allow current FIWARE iHubs willing to join (and meeting the requisite I'll mention below) will actually be able to do so (of course, sharing will depend on contribution/commitment) ... Let's show the strength of our FIWARE iHub network! I will also explore what other partners we may need to engage to be successful. Can we setup a confcall in the coming days for this purpose? This is my availability: * Tomorrow, anytime after 15:30 * Thursday anytime between 11:30am and 14:00. * Friday, anytime after 15:00 We have to also plan a f2f meeting in advance, somehow in the middle of the period for writing the proposal. This can take place during the Summit, taking advantage we are all there. It could be planned on Thursday 24th first thing in the morning before the program of the Summit starts. Note that the FIWARE iHubs track we discussed during the last call will be planned on Wednesday from 14:30 until 18:30 (with a coffe-break in between). You should pencil that in your agenda.
