[FIWARE-ihubs-committee] Signature of FIWARE Validation Center Agreement

Hi all,

  After the period for comments and once we resolved them during the last
confcall, the FIWARE Validation Center Agreement
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ToVRfS0uUluO5u3Syi5FLtGU_NXiA5U6_swiGqaJWZs/edit?usp=sharing>
is ready for signature.

  Next step will be that those FIWARE iHubs which have FIWARE experts
involved in its operations and wish to play the role of FIWARE Validation
Center sign the agreement and send it to the FIWARE Foundation for
signature.   We will setup a inbox for that purpose but in the meantime
please send it to me copying Angeles.

  Prior signing the agreement you will have to implement a few changes to
get it ready for your signature.  Those are marked in yellow.  In
particular, you have to review Article 1 where you have to specify what
kind of validation you are entitled to carry out, depending of the
certification level of your experts.

  When you have signed the agreement, please send it to us accompanied by
the list of certified FIWARE experts in your FIWARE iHub.  This will allow
us to confirm that the content of Article 1 has been properly managed and
the information provided is correct.

  Unfortunately, I won't be able to join the call today but if you have any
issue with the procedure described or you have any doubts, please share
with us.
