[FIWARE-ihubs-committee] FIWARE iHub Wining Members Agreement

Dear members of the FIWARE iHubs Committee,

   As you know, the FIWARE Foundation announced the intend to put in 
place a "Winning Members" program targeted to help FIWARE iHubs in 
gaining sustainability of its activities.

   To this end, we have produced a FIWARE iHubs Winning Members 
Agreement

for your review.

   We will keep a period of comments until one week prior to the next 
FIWARE iHubs Committee meeting so that we can incorporate/analyze any 
changes on time to get an approved at the meeting.

   We assume soon the dates for the next FIWARE iHub Committee will be 
announced.
