[FIWARE-ihubs-committee] FIWARE iHubs MSC Chairmanship - Call for position

Dear Daniel,

   I have to make a small but relevant amendment to the rules you have 
described for running as candidate to the election of chairman and 
vice-chairman of the FIWARE iHubs Committee.

   During the last BoD (Board of Directors) of the FIWARE Foundation, it 
was decided that only representatives of organizations that are members 
of the FIWARE Foundation can present their candidatures for election as 
chair/vice-chair or co-chairs of Mission Support Committees (the FIWARE 
iHubs Committee being an example of MSC).

   Therefore, individual FIWARE Foundation members cannot apply for the 
chair or vice-chair position of the FIWARE iHub Committee.  Only 
representatives of member organizations can.

   In addition, only representatives of organizations which are members 
of the FIWARE Foundation can vote in the elections of 
chair/vice-chairs.   And if multiple people vote on behalf of a given 
organization, onlly the vote of the last vote received counts.

   Individual FIWARE Foundation members can actively participate in the 
discussions and activities under the umbrella of the FIWARE iHubs 
Committee, but not participate in any voting within the MSC, including 
voting for decisions if no consensus is reached.
