[FIWARE-ihubs-committee] Doodle for November's FIWARE iHubs meeting

In order to prepare our next meeting we have set up a doodle to select the
best date for it.

The main topic to talk in this meeting is going to be the updated FIWARE
iHubs MSC Charter

as this has been aligned to the new template for FIWARE MCS Charters.
Juanjo Hierro and Ulrich Ahle will explain the main changes and will answer
the doubts.

The Charter will be completed with the result of the vote of the Chair and
Vice-chairs. We will also give a chance to the elected Chair and
Vice-chairs to make a revision of the Work Plan outlined in the Charter.
