[FIWARE-ihubs-committee] FIWARE iHubs Strategic Plan 2021-2022 - One-to-one meetings

Dear iHubs, how are you all? I hope you are very well and taking good care
of you.


As you surely know, together with Ali Benbrahim we have been chosen to lead
the FIWARE iHubs Committee for this year, and it represents a challenge
that we want to take on with great responsibility.

Our first contribution to the iHubs community will be to develop and
present a *Strategic Plan 2021-2022*, which we want to develop with the
contribution of each of you, and presented at the next Committee Meeting.

And as we strongly encourage *direct communication*, we are going to begin
with Ali a series of *one-to-one meetings with each of your institutions*,
to know each other better, especially to learn about your initiatives and
projects, your skills, but above all, your needs and recommendations, and
in this way, contribute together to perfect this Strategic Plan that will
be able to set the course for our community for the coming years.

We will contact you individually to agree on possible dates during February
2021, and prior to the meeting we will send you a pre-minute so that you
can have more information about it. *They will be short meetings, of no
more than 30 minutes.*

Thank you all very much for your participation in this process and in the
collaborative design of the future of our community.
