[FIWARE-ihubs-committee] New Chair and Vice-chair

Juan Marcelo, it was a great pleasure to be a leader for you and Daniel in
this process of promoting and growing of the ihubs community, especially
when we had to take the first steps.

Thank you for your wishes, your predisposition and your advices, they were
and will always be welcome in this challenge that we have ahead.
