As you will probably know, we are kicking off some promotional activities
of our network starting with an average bi-weekly posting on Linkedin.

But this is just a starting point.
We have two important objectives in terms of communication:
1.-  *Properly disseminate and communicate the activities of all the iHubs*.
To* know "right time and in advance" *your plans to be able to promote and
disseminate your activities (managing a calendar should be ideal). To
follow up this, we created this excel matrix

Please *note* that we do not need here reporting from the past but planned
activities and right time info... (We will follow this excel weekly to try
to promote your activities).
2.- Bring a *one shot view* on our activities as a network, reach a next
level maturity showing in real time our technical and business expert
network, the total events done, the current numbers of companies trained,
etc... Updated figures of the Network global footprint. To achieve this, we
created this excel for you to add TOTAL numbers.

way we can always update our brochure or even share these numbers real time
on our web.

We will discuss these topics in our next MSC. We would love to align with
you and decide together in creating *our own newsletter* to be distributed
among all the network
