Please allow me to introduce you a webinar from H2020 NAIADES project regarding "Event Detection in the Water Sector” scheduled on Tuesday 15th February from 10:00 to 13:00 CET. 
The speakers are from European research projects on digital water: NAIADES, aqua3s, Fiware4Water and digital-water.city.
I think many of you  and your stakeholders are interested in AI solutions and it will be a good opportunity to see the current work on water sector.
