Dear all, following our last Mission Support Committee meeting last
Wednesday 6th of June , Gonzalo and I suggest to have a workshop on the
global strategy that ihub would follow for guaranteed sustainability and
effective cooperation to insure income to all ihubs.
We suggest to answer together to these 3 questions :
1. How the iHubs can be engaged in projects to ensure their survival and
their sustainability,
     - how to organize ourselves to monitor the coming call
     - What fields to be monitored, where&who are the experts to lead the
call propositions.
     - How the ihubs can get engaged into the coming dataspace calls with
the big playerrs
2. How to ensure each iHubs can be helped to guarantee a minimum of
operational budgets ?
    - can we have a common budget to cover the operational fees (having
demonstration platform, recruiting technicians engineers) ....
    - What would be the legal and the governance for it?
    - can we have governance capable to support, help and distribute the
work
3. How to have more coordination and cooperation between the iHubs
    - Having the real and practical skills matrix.
    - insure exchange of experience and exchange of resource between the
ihubs
    - Do we have to ask FF to subcontract their activities to the ihubs in
priority

We also have to look after the issue of nonsigned agreements, What are the
reasons to have almost a third of ihubs non signed, is there a
complementary topic to discuss further? something to add or to change on
the agreement?.
on this topic I will try to reach one by one the ihubs in this situation in
order to haver their opinions.

the invitation will be sent soon
if any of you can't be present in this workshop, please inform us we will
try to reschedule or try to have a second session on the same topics with
feedbacks from the first session.

Best Regards
Ali.
