Following Angeles' email this is a kind reminder of the
following activities.

As we all know FIWARE GLOBAL Summit is around the corner, and we are
building up a solid agenda for Ihubs contributions, in this regard please
fill out this survey

so we have better and more refined information.

I would  also like to inform you that our Sponsorship packages have been
updated now,  (e.g super sponsorship and core sponsorship, Keystone is sold
out, walk of fame) you can have detailed information about these here
<https://www.fiware.org/global-summit/call-for-sponsorship/>.  Please visit
the website and fill out the survey.

If you choose walk of fame here <https://drive.google.com/drive/recent>are
the details of the design that you will be getting at the location. I am
attaching the picture below for detailed understanding. The sponsorship
cost is 500 euros.
Exhibition Package
● Space - 4 sqm
● Two panels of, 80 x 60 and 180 x 80 graphics
○ Designs provided by the sponsor
○ Printing included in the price
● Electricity + sockets
● 2 stools
● 1 table

If you want to contribute to the general agenda, (Conference, trends and
disruptive, etc...) or you have any other idea, although our call for
contributors is closed, but for sure some of you may want to participate in
some domain oriented track, or contribute with a use case. You are more
than welcome! I will take care of it.

Also kindly update us with the upcoming activities of your Ihub in the

Dear FIWARE iHub Committee.

Our amazing FIWARE Summit is fast approaching and we would like to collect
your contributions again by answering to  👉 this survey

next 8th June!*

We know that some of you already sent your input to start building our *Plugg
Session for the FIWARE Summit *later last year*. *But for us it is
important to double check now if:

*1.- You can be physically in Gran Canaria on September 14-15.* The Plugg
Session will be held in an open area (the Hall Roque Nublo) surrounded by a
live exhibition. No possible streaming in this hall (nor planned for the
rest of the Summit). Therefore contributing means to be sure that you will
travel to Gran Canaria.
*2.- If you want to exhibit in the hall*. You know that we have sponsorship
packages, and those interested can just request one of the packages here
(super sponsorship and core sponsorship, Keystone is sold out)

soon announce just the exhibition and you are the first ones to know about
it! If you just want to exhibit please let me know through the survey. This
specific package will be announced next Wednesday in our MSC Call.
*3.- If you want to contribute to the general agenda* (Conference, trends
and disruptive, etc...) or you have any other idea *contact directly with
Rosemah and myself* because our call for contributors is closed, but for
sure some of you maybe want to participate in some domain oriented track,
or contribute with a use case. You are more than welcome!

*Please do this before 8th June*. We are closing activities and our Summit
agenda will be published by mid June!

Finally, our Plugg session will have two parts (before and after lunch). We
will work again with the agenda planned in December, here
