[FIWARE-ihubs-committee] FIWARE Global Summit 2023 iHubs Participation

Dear all,
We , as iHubs, Represent the worldwide FIWARE communities, The FIWARE
Global Summitis a great opportunity to meet ourselves physically and
coordinate the FIWARE iHubs as a unique and strong voice
So, we have this opportunity to make proposals of our concerned topics for
the development of our community

As the 2022 summit looks centered on community building , how can we
reinforce and frame these aims
This is why, I suggest, topics based on collaborations with the differents
entities of the FIWARE ecosystem:
1. Collaboration with the FIWARE members, or how to propose to FIWARE
members to access with the iHubs to the national/regional/local business
development as "Act Local"
2. Collaboration with the technical Teams, or how to develop and coordinate
regional technical community  (mainly research labs, university and
engineering schools, see point 8) that can contribute to the FIWARE
products catalog production:
  2.1. participate / contribute to technical production as an open source
community
  2.2. Participate / contribute to the different documents related to
technical description
  2.3 participate / contribute to testing and validation over all declared
conditions
  2.3. The participation of the production of the training contents
  2.4. The testing and conformity of the training contents
  2.5 how iHubs participate into  domains committees (smart cities,
agrifood, industry, water and energy)
  2.6. discussion over new technical domains suchas Open MetaWord, or
E-Health, Digital SDGs ...
3. Open source governance construction participation : In order to activate
the meritocracy processes  for all contributors, we can propose to create a
Token that evaluates the contribution level, and create rules to earn
tokens and what tokens can be used for.
4. Collaboration with the FIWARE labs stakeholders. iHubs can use the
FIWARE lab node in order to host template, trainings,
5. participation to EDIH, DSBA, DSSC, and others
6. how ihubs can propose skills to participate as a partner into the EU
calls and other non EU calls.
  6.1 get into Horizon Europe , DEP ...
  6.2 getting into calls in North america  having a proposition to the NATF
North America Task Force and into LATAM's calls
  6.3 having calls monitors, watch, alert and partners constructions
7. Marketplace: most of the members and ihub have an envie to publish a
service / Product into the FIWARE marketplace, how the community can
support to puth the "powered by FIWARE" into the marketplace
8. participate to the "FIWARE university roadshow" in order to have
a template to welcome more universities as iHubs and get them to contribute
with the FIWARE ecosystem see point 2.

all these topics would help for the sustainability of the individuali hubs,
but we need a specific topic for the sustainability, As this subject has
been discussed many times, and we did not really frame it.

These topics will be also discussed during the next MSC meeting of the 1st
of March when you can give your suggestion and we can validate the common
proposition to the summit preparation team.
Also , the numbers of proposed topics is quite high , we probably need to
filter and to regroup.
Meanwhile please feedback with your comments, suggestions and/or
corrections
