Dear All,
The iHubs MSC charter is the document defining the governance of the FIWARE
MSC .
As you know Stefano, Angeles, Gonzalo and myself have tried to reflect on
this document the values of FIWARE and a fair regulation for the members.
The members are of course the iHubs FIWARE

So, since this concerns all of you, please read this proposed charter and
add your comments, and proposals. I Gave access to comment for all. Each of
your comments will be taken into consideration, and a special meeting 8th
of March to be proposed to finalyse all propositions from the iHubs.
We will talk about it during our meeting on March 1 , then we will take
about ten days (until Friday March 10) to submit our charter proposal to
the BoO and BoD.
So after their validation this new charter will definitely replace the old
one .
