I am Daniel Villalba, vice-chairman of the FIWARE iHubs Committee. Thank
you for contacting our help desk.

I am not sure if I understand your question properly. If you are referring
to the "Responsibility pledge letter" to include in the FIWARE iHub
application <https://fiware-ihubs.fundingbox.com/apply>, it has to be
signed by someone who can talk and make decisions on behalf of the
organization that is going to run the FIWARE iHub. If you are talking about
other documents or another open call let me know which one.
