Dear Sir or Madam, my name is Manuel Widmann and I am contacting you in my role as a Mercator Fellow for GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit) in Kenya. Currently, we are looking into smart city programs and how they can contribute towards green and equitable cities.
