Hi all, We have spent two weeks trying to solve the problem because the cloud resources are not assign us. Henar Muñoz told us that the account has been upgraded, and a message has been sent to my Email but we did not get any mail, not in spam either. We have the account but no resources at all activated in the cloud, we have no access to the resources, any clue?
